Refund policy
The following policy is only applicable to the Sleepy B shop and does not include the services from Sleepy B Sleep Consultancy.
1. Returns and Exchanges
a. Products may be returned if faulty or incorrect. Please contact us at hello@sleepyb.nz and describe the fault. Please include the order number and photos of the fault (if possible). We may request return of the product at which this you are liability of any return postage fees.
b. Refunds, replacements, or repairs will be provided for confirmed faulty or incorrect products. Any refunds will be provided to the original invoice price and will be returned to your allocated bank account.
c. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 business days of purchase, subject to conditions. We do not give refunds for change of mind.
d. Any Health or teething products are not available for returned due to sanitary conditions.
