Shipping policy
We are proud to be a local Queenstown service and therefore offer click and collect for locals and shipping services for all others for products purchased through the Sleepy B shop.
1. Prices
Free Pick Up in Queenstown
Free Delivery to Jacks Point/Hanleys Farm
Economy Shipping (1-3 days) $8.00
Courier Shipping (1-2 days) $10.00
Rural shipping (1-3 days) $13.00
2. Shipping NZ
a. Products will be dispatched after payment is received, either in one delivery or in installments.
b. We may use third-party courier services for deliveries within or outside of Queenstown. If a third party service is used for delivery then a tracking number will be emailed once shipment has been dispatched.
c. Expected delivery timeframes will be provided upon order placement. Contact us if products are not received within this timeframe. Please note that all delivery times provided are approximations, and occasional courier delays beyond our control may arise.
d. Acceptance of delivery is required, and refusal may result in additional charges.
e. Once dispatched, SleepyB bears no responsibility for any loss, delivery delays, or damage incurred to your package. SleepyB is not accountable for parcels marked as delivered but subsequently go missing.
f. Products are only available for delivery to a New Zealand postal address (excluding PO Box addresses).
g. If there are any inaccuracies in your delivery information, contact us so we can change these details. If it is to late, it could result in a delay in delivery, and an additional fee for re-delivery may apply.
h. In the event of an absence during delivery, the Courier may opt to leave the package in a secure location. If deemed unsafe, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection
i. Additionally, if free shipping is offered via promotion, it pertains to standard economy shipping services.
3. Click and collect available in Queenstown New Zealand
a. Orders will be available for click and collect between Monday - Friday, and weekends where possible. If you require a weekend pick up, please send us a email to confirm we are available prior to placing your order.
b. Once your order has been placed and paid for you will receive any email to confirm your order.
c. Once your order is ready, you will receive another email with click and collect instructions. We will try and have this available within 24hours and if possible within the same day. Please collect your order within 24hours of confirmation email. If you wish to delay your collection time please email us at hello@sleepyb.nz so we can try and accommodate your request.
d. If you require a sooner collection time please email us at hello@sleepyb.nz to see if this is available.
e. We reserve the right to delay click and collect timings if products are not in stock or we are unavailable to fulfil your order within the 24hours period. We may have this advertised on the website or may send a seperate email to indicate when pick up is available.
