Terms of service

Welcome to Sleepy B! These Product Terms of Sale govern the sale and purchase of products under the Sleepy B's shop. It is important to note that term of service for Sleepy B Sleep Consultancy will be given out at the bottom of consent forms. By placing an order for products from the Sleepy B shop, you accept these Terms.

1. Ordering Process

a. To place an order, you must provide accurate personal details to ensure successful delivery.

b. Orders are placed by selecting Products and completing payment at the checkout. We accept various payment methods.

c. Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment by us.

2. Purchase Limits

a. We may limit the quantity of a Product you can purchase per transaction.

b. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for reasons including but not limited to out-of-stock Products or unsuccessful payments. Refunds will be issued for processed payments.

3. Pricing

a. Prices are displayed in NZ dollars and inclusive of GST.

b. Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing.

4. Promotions

a. Promotions may have specified terms and end dates. Minimum purchase requirements may apply.

b. Discount codes must meet promotion requirements, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Payment

a. Full payment, including delivery charges, is required before Product dispatch.

b. Various payment methods are accepted.

6. Product Use

a. Products must be used for their intended purpose and are used only as directed and are to follow manufacturer's guidelines.

b. Compliance with recall or ban instructions is mandatory. 

7. Product Guarantees

a. Products are guaranteed to meet quality, durability, and description standards.

b. Variations may occur, and no additional warranties are provided unless mandated by law.

7. Consumer Rights

a. Consumer rights under New Zealand law apply.

b. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 rights are not applicable for commercial or business purchases.

8. Liability

a. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

b. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Products.

9. Changes to Terms

a. Terms may be modified at any time. Check the latest version before purchasing Products
